Shipping
We prefer to ship FedEx. We will ship against your courier account number if provided (UPS, FedEx, DHL). You will be notified of the tracking number of your shipment by email.
Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Imagine reserves the right to change on-line orders to reflect the proper shipping charges. (e.g. proper shipping weights, etc.)
Downloads
Software products and upgrades that can be transmitted electronically will be made available after your payment has been processed. You will be notified by e-mail how to download the software.
Returns
Software is sold "as is".
Absolutely no software refunds on opened packages or downloaded software.
Returns must be authorized and received by Imagine Products within 30 days of purchase.
Authorized Return Goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Key Polices
Lost Keys: Imagine Products, Inc. cannot replace lost or stolen keys. Please safe guard your investment. Report losses to your business insurance.
Upgrades
All upgrades are shipped directly to REGISTERED USERS only.
Proof of purchase and registration required.
Upgrades between versions may require a key replacement--contact Sales for information. sales@crimevision.net

Corporate purchase orders require prior credit approval.
All hardware is subject to one (1) year limited warranty. Imagine will repair or replace at its option.
